Adult Registration for CrystalVoice Workshop #1

Thank you for your interest in the CrystalVoice Vocal Workshop! This is the ADULT registration form for Workshop #1, which is held in the afternoon on the 3rd Sunday every other month. 

Each workshop requires a $25 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your spot in the workshop. Workshop size is limited to 20 students. Once you've picked the month you'd like to attend and completed this form, your card will be charged. In the following 24-48 hours, you will be added to the requested workshop date in our calendar. 

Once you've registered, we'll email you a reminder and what to bring to the workshop, etc. Have more than one adult student to register? Click the button below to register an additional participant. 

Students who complete Workshop #1 will have the option to sign up for Advanced CrystalVoice Workshop #2
