Orchestra Tuition Fees

Many established youth orchestras also have an established Sponsor base, or even a non-profit foundation to support students and reduce costs. As FYCO is just getting started, the investment to create the orchestra will be covered by tuition fees each season. These fees will cover materials cost, any venue rental fees for rehearsals/performances (once the group outgrows the school's location), sheet music licensing fees, staff, etc. While we are already creating a sponsorship program (to lower tuition fees), the 2018 Fall Season will depend on tuition fees to make it all happen. 

Orchestra Seasons:

Fall: September - December

Spring: January - April 

Summer: Orchestra Camp June-July

Fall Season tuition is $350 prior to July 31st, $425 prior to August 15th and $500 after August 15th. 

Parents are encouraged to submit their tuition early to keep their costs down. Also, the faster students register, the better we can plan out the season. 

Weekly private or Public School music lessons are required to participate in the orchestra.

Intermediate and Advanced students: One-on-one lessons must be taught by an advanced-level teacher, at least 30 minutes per week.

Beginner Students: Student should receive one-on-one or group instruction at least 15 minutes per week and practice regularly.
